Meet Rachael Stipkovits
Independent Property Manager – Kapiti
Originally a Palmerston North resident, Rachael has been settled in the Kapiti Coast for eight years after travelling the World and living in Australia and the UK.
Rachael’s attention to detail, organisation skills, positive and proactive attitude, initiative, and personable approach gained through 20 years as an insurance broker stand her in good stead for the world of property management.
Rachael is passionate about property management and is fully qualified property manager after recently completing the New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4). Rachael brings up to date knowledge on regulations and can guide you through these legislative challenges.
When enjoying some down time, Rachael enjoys spending time with family and friends, supporting her daughters after school activities, and getting out and about to experience all that the Kapiti Coast has to offer.
