Meet Amanda Wiapo
Director / Property Manager
Amanda Wiapo is originally from Marlborough where she started working in the property industry, she then spent time in Auckland before settling in the Manawatu for the past 5 years.
Amanda has a real passion for Property Management and building great relationships with her owners and tenants. Homely’s personal approach and capped portfolios is the perfect combination for Amanda to be able to provide this. Amanda has years of experience in the Property Management industry including experience in social housing and business development management work and also holds her qualification in Property Management.
She wants to not just provide you a service but an overall enjoyable experience to make you into a raving fan!
Outside of Homely you will find Amanda busy with her three children, cheering them on in their sports and other activities, exploring the many Manawatu bush walks, playing netball or at the gym.
