Villi Tosi is a proud Manawatu resident and established Homely Property Management through the desire to provide a unique and tailored service to property investors. He is passionate about property management and not only provides advice to new investors, but assists and supports large investors to achieve their property investment goals. He also believes that building a positive rapport with tenants will lead to outstanding outcomes for both tenant and landlord. Villi has years of experience in the property management industry and is recognised as an industry leader through many property management organisations in both New Zealand and Australia.

Treat your property like a business and ensure it is managed professionally. Otherwise consider hiring a Property Manager so they can do this for you.

Always complete an entry/ingoing inspection report with plenty of photos that shows the condition of the property before new tenants move in. This will resolve any disputes during or at the end of a tenancy.
