Meet Villi Tosi
Villi Tosi is a proud Manawatu resident and established Homely Property Management through the desire to provide a unique and tailored service to property investors. He is passionate about property management and not only provides advice to new investors, but assists and supports large investors to achieve their property investment goals. He also believes that building a positive rapport with tenants will lead to outstanding outcomes for both tenant and landlord. Villi has years of experience in the property management industry and is recognised as an industry leader through many property management organisations in both New Zealand and Australia.
Villi brings a fresh and innovative approach to property management and is always thinking of new ways to deliver excellent results.

Amanda Wiapo is originally from Marlborough where she first started working in the property industry. Amanda spent time in Auckland before settling in the Manawatu for the past 4 years. Amanda has a real passion for Property Management and building great relationships with her owners and tenants. Homely’s personal approach and capped portfolios is the perfect combination for Amanda to be able to provide an excellent service. Amanda has many years of experience in the Property Management industry that includes working in social housing and business development management work. Not only does Amanda have extensive knowledge in the Property Management industry, but she also holds a level 4 qualification in Property Management too.
She wants to not just provide you a service but an overall enjoyable experience to make you into a raving fan!
Outside of Homely you will find Amanda busy with her three children, cheering them on in their sports and other activities or exploring the many Manawatu bush walks.
